Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and tailor product offerings to meet those needs
4. Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services
5. Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns professionally and persuasively
6. Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
8. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and close sales
9. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly
10. Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or questions

Qualifications:

7. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
