Key responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls made by our consultants to ensure they meet company standards and provide constructive feedback for improvement
2. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
3. Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and relevant information
4. Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, call quality assessments, and performance metrics
