With strong communication skills and proficiency in MS-Excel, you will provide counseling to help students make informed educational decisions based on leads generated by our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student counseling: Engage with prospective students over calls and emails, understanding their career goals to offer tailored advice on AI courses.
2. Lead management: Handle and follow up with inbound leads, ensuring a supportive experience that fosters enrollment.
3. Product expertise: Stay informed on our AI course offerings, career outcomes, and unique program features to provide accurate and compelling guidance.
4. Sales support: Assist in preparing information about our courses and addressing inquiries from students.
