Business Development Associate Fresher Job

As a Business Development Associate at Utkarsh Wellbe Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company through your expertise in Effective Communication, Negotiation & Problem-solving, Marketing Strategies, and Marketing Programs.

The primary role of this position is to establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers to generate patient referrals and promote the hospital's services. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving patient engagement.

Key responsibilities:

1. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop and nurture professional relationships with external doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers to generate patient referrals.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders to address their queries and foster collaboration.
3. Referral Generation: Create and implement strategies to increase patient referrals from external sources.
4. Regularly meet with doctors and healthcare providers to educate them about the hospital's services, specialties, and facilities.
5. Identify new opportunities for partnerships and referral networks.
6. Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals and referral partners.
7. Organize workshops, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and other professional events to engage with the medical community.
8. Collaborate with the internal team to develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
9. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and evaluate competitive hospital offerings.
10. Monitor and analyze referral data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adapt strategies accordingly.
11. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on referral trends, stakeholder feedback, and marketing activities.
12. Communicate insights and recommendations to hospital leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
