Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with the sales and marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business ideas.
2. Pitching and promoting WAYSPIRE services to prospective clients
3. Career counseling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant products to them
4. Building sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales(monthly target/revenue-oriented)
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
6. Setting up meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients
7. Following-up with team members to identify and manage risks
8. Working with the team members to identify and manage risks
9. Counseling students on the product and convincing them to be paid customer
10. Leading sales demos with prospective customers with product presentations
11. Maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
12. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
13. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration, collaborating with the sales team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
