About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding and closely analyzing the customer's requirements
2. Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities and providing them with necessary project details over email or WhatsApp; doing regular follow-ups and ensuring customer's site visit
3. Taking responsibility for the entire pre-sales function, from leads handling to ensuring site visits
4. Coordinating with the sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in Excel
5. Following up with customers & managing database of leads allocation; regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions
6. Ensuring timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system; submitting any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager

Note:

1. Office location: Aliens Space Station, Tellapur, Hyderabad
2. Mode: On-site, work from office
3. Work timings: Monday - Saturday (11 AM - 8 PM)

Other requirements

1. B.Tech/MBA/PGDM from NIRF-ranked campus with excellent academic record (80% in at least one of the academics 10/ 12/ B. Tech/ MBA)

2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

3. Should be comfortable in approaching prospective customers via cold calling, mailing, referrals, messaging, etc.

4. Understanding of sales channel/real estate/products, etc.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,60,000 /year
