We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help us grow. You will conduct online product demos, follow up with leads, and manage the customer onboarding process. You'll also keep track of sales activities in our CRM and share customer feedback to improve our products. Strong communication and people skills are key to success in this role. Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct engaging online product demos via platforms like Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and effectively address queries.
2. Initiate outbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
3. Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
4. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information.
5. Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
6. Report customer feedback, suggestions, and market insights for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in sales or a related field is required.
2. Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting and demonstrating products to potential customers are essential.
3. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective relationship management.
