3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken upon the client's requests
4. Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients
5. Keeping a close eye on client's feedback
6. Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients
