Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to engage potential customers and introduce them to our educational solutions.
2. Utilize provided leads to identify and engage with prospective clients.
3. Promote and sell various courses offered by Techmaghi through effective communication and persuasion.
4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and networking abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility.
6. Evaluate and assess client needs to tailor product offerings and maximize sales opportunities.
7. Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of client interactions and documentation.
8. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and leads in the database.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and objectives.

Work Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday week off.

Notes

1. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive 2-week on-the-job training program.
2. A 3-month probationary period will follow, during which the candidate's performance will be assessed.
