Key responsibilities:

1. Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform
2. Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals
3. Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications to the onboarded professionals
4. Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
