Key responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and establish relationships through networking, market research etc.
2. Conduct presentations and site visits to explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our real estate offerings.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for market penetration.
5. Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
7. Prepare and deliver sales reports, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.

Key requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Prior experience in sales or business development.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, with a target-driven mind-set.
