About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic lead generation: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, conferences, events, seminars, and strategic social media initiatives.
2. Scheduling calls and meetings: Schedule calls and online and offline meetings at times convenient for businesses, considering time zones and work hours. Clearly articulate how our software solution can provide value to their specific business needs.
3. Qualification and initial engagement: Engage potential leads with a proactive approach, assessing interest levels and qualifications. Articulate the unique value proposition of our solution with enthusiasm and clarity.
4. Follow-up excellence: Implement a robust follow-up strategy to ensure leads are nurtured and progress seamlessly through the sales pipeline. Proactively schedule and coordinate introductory calls, product demonstrations, and other engagement opportunities.
5. Creating proposals and agreements: Develop detailed proposals that align with the objectives and requirements. Address scalability, security, and customization options in your proposals.
6. Close leads: Help prospects with cost-benefit analysis and show how valuable our offering will be for their business. Close leads and help with successful onboarding.
7. Collaborative approach: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition of qualified leads.
8. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system. Generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights into lead generation and follow-up effectiveness.
9. Building and nurturing client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in the B2B client organizations. Provide ongoing support and maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
10. Follow-up for payments: Establish open communication channels for addressing any billing or payment concerns promptly. Work closely with finance teams to ensure a smooth payment process.
11. Sales analytics and reporting: Utilize analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of your B2B sales strategies. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize your B2B sales approach.
