As the 'Customer Success Analyst' for our tech-enabled people leadership development platform, you will be responsible for closing new clients through direct contact/outbound calls, word-of-mouth, and tapping into the marketing-quali ed leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquainting yourself with all products/services o ered by Great Manager Institute.
2. Procuring new clients through direct contact/outbound, word-of-mouth, and leads generated by marketing campaigns.
3. Contacting prospective clients through cold calls and emails.
4. Setting up meetings between prospective clients and sales executives.
5. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while building a healthy client pipeline.
7. Retain existing clients through need gap analysis and relationship management.
8. End-to-end accountability of the lead closure process that begins with getting new leads, presenting to prospective clients, getting a con rmation, and closing all closure activities like contracting and invoicing.
9. Identifying upsell/cross-selling opportunities.
10. Coordinating and organizing closed-door events across the country. These events are lead generation and brand-building exercises with the target audience and invitees being CXOs from leading organizations in the country.
Requirements:
1. At least one year of experience in B2B Sales for a services company.
2. Should be eager to speak with CXOs (CEOs, CHROs, etc.) level people and build meaningful relationships.
3. Experience with multiple prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Persistence and results-orientation.
6. Track record of achieving sales quotas.
