About the job

About the Role: Urban Company is looking for Field Executives to support our Instamaids category in Mumbai. This is a dynamic, on-ground role where you'll work closely with our service partners, ensuring smooth service delivery, reducing partner churn, and solving escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on the field, interacting with service partners at restrooms and other locations
2. Ensure high service delivery standards and resolve partner concerns
3. Monitor partner activity and minimize dropouts
4. Assist in partner enablement and handle on-ground escalations

Who Can Apply?

1. Fluent in Marathi & Hindi (Basic English understanding required)
2. Street smart with strong problem-solving skills
3. Hardworking and comfortable with an on-field, physically active role
4. Available full-time for 6 months and can commit to 6 days/week
