As a 'Business Development Representative' at AppVersal, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals. Your role will be pivotal in building long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges, and present appropriate solutions.
3. Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our products/services to prospective clients.
4. Develop and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and achieving sales targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
6. Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and industry developments to effectively position our offerings.
7. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM software.
8. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and address client needs.
Note :
This is a full-time role from Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM. You will be required to work from the office every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from our Noida office. The rest of the days will be spent working from home.
