Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make calls and implement sales strategies to achieve daily and monthly targets.
2. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing situations with angry clients as needed.
3. Participate in training and other learning opportunities to enhance knowledge about the company and the position.
4. Communicate with customers over the phone, describing products, understanding their needs, and providing available options.
5. Identify customer requirements to determine their eligibility for services.
6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain records of sales and eligible customers.
8. Adhere to strategies and best practices shared by floor supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in an international contact center, preferably in a sales role (minimum of 6 months).
2. Willingness to work US shifts.
3. Proficient in English with strong persuasive skills.
4. Available to join immediately.
5. Freshers with excellent communication skills from English medium schools may also be considered.

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Screening - Telephonic/Virtual
2. Operations Interview - Virtual with video o camera
3. Final Discussion - Face-to-face in office (late evening)
