Key Responsibilities:
(a) Student counseling/sales call:
1. Engaging with prospective students over the call.
2. Understanding their background, career aspirations, and challenges they may be facing and pitch the Pregrad courses accordingly.
3. Maintaining the database on the internal templates.
(b) Enrollment assistance:
1. Assisting students with the Enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration.
2. Following up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses.
3. Giving clear details about the fee structure and payment cycles as shared by the management.
(c) Performance tracking:
1. Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, counselling outcomes, and conversion rates.
2. Providing periodic reports on the number of enrollments and the effectiveness of counselling efforts.
(d) Sales pipeline:
1. Maintaining sales daily pipeline with self generated leads, referrals, follow ups and assigned leads, for achieving daily/weekly conversion rate goals.
(e) Sales conversion:
1. Assisting students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee
payment, and registration.
2. Following up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses.
3. Giving clear details about the fee structure and payment cycles as shared by the management.
(f) Performance tracking:
1. Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, counselling outcomes, and conversion rates.
2. Providing periodic reports on the number of enrollments and the effectiveness of counselling efforts.
(g) Sales pipeline:
1. Maintaining sales daily pipeline with self generated conversion leads, referrals, follow ups and assigned leads, for achieving daily/weekly conversion rate goals.
(h) Sales conversion:
1. Negotiating WIN-WIN deals
2. Managing profitability index as per management guidelines.
(i) Student coordination:
1. Writing and sharing messages/emails professionally to record all the discussions
with the student.
2. Being the interface between the student and the operations team from enrollment to completion of the course.
