1. Engage prospective students via calls, understand their backgrounds and career aspirations, and pitch Pregrad courses
2. Aid students in course selection, fee payment, and registration processes. Follow up on leads and facilitate enrollments
3. Maintain records of interactions, counseling outcomes, and conversion rates. Provide periodic enrollment reports
4. Maintain daily sales pipeline with self-generated leads, referrals, and follow-ups to achieve conversion goals
5. Negotiate deals and ensure profitability according to management guidelines
6. Communicate professionally with students via email/messages from enrollment to course completion
7. Demonstrate fluency in English, persuasion, rapport building, telephone etiquette, selling, negotiation, listening, and questioning skills.
8. Exhibit proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and understand industry trends, company products/services, and sales techniques
9. Understand key performance indicators (KPIs): monthly/quarterly sales targets, conversion rates, client satisfaction, and retention
10. Showcase presentation and lead generation skills, strong communication, teamwork, proactive attitude, and self-motivation
11. Leverage experience in business development or sales, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
