2. Maintain the database on the internal templates
3. Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration
4. Follow up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses
5. Provide clear details about the fee structure and payment cycles as shared by the management
6. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling outcomes, and conversion rates
7. Provide periodic reports on the number of enrollments and the effectiveness of counseling efforts
8. Maintain the sales daily pipeline with self-generated leads, referrals, follow-ups, and assigned leads to achieve daily/weekly conversion rate goals
9. Negotiate WIN-WIN deals
10. Manage the profitability index as per management guidelines
11. Write and share messages/emails professionally to record all discussions with the student
12. Be the interface between the student and the operations team from enrollment to completion of the course
