Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with leads over the phone to manage all stages of the sales process from first call to conversion.
2. Filter out unqualified leads, identify career goals and skill gaps, and guide interested leads toward closing the deal.
3. Consistently meet monthly sales targets while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of relevant data.
4. Contribute to the analysis of market trends and consumer preferences to refine business development and inside sales strategies.
