About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential clients who align with our ideal customer profile. Utilize online resources, industry databases, and networking opportunities to build a robust pipeline of leads.
2. Outreach and Engagement: Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and personalized messaging. Craft compelling and tailored communication to pique their interest in our programs and services.
3. Appointment Setting: Secure appointments and meetings with key decision-makers, both online and in-person. Coordinate schedules and ensure seamless communication between our team and potential clients.
4. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. Demonstrate our value proposition and expertise in providing holistic, experiential, and sustainable study abroad programs.
5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients in our CRM system. Track progress and ensure effective follow-up.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies. Share insights and feedback to improve our outreach and engagement efforts.

Other requirements

1. Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as international relations, business, marketing, or communications.

2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

3. Strong research and analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Passionate about international education and sustainable practices.

4. Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of international education are encouraged to apply.
