Egurukul, the brainchild of DBMCI, is an amalgamation of 25 years of teaching experience and the usage of the latest techniques and technology in education. We strive to create a platform that is self-sufficient to suit the needs of a diligent student preparing for various medical examinations. The experience, expertise, and in-depth understanding of examination trends in the past so many years have been thoroughly blended with the demands of today's students to create a new-age modern methodology-based institution for preparing aspirants to take up the challenges of medical exams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tech-Enabled Learning: Visit colleges in designated territories and showcase the product features to medical students.
2. Brand Building: Organize & manage events in medical colleges to improve brand awareness among students.
3. Lead collection: Collect the contact information of students and event attendees.
4. Lead management: Follow Up with collected leads and maintain a lead database.
5. Lead conversion: Pitch subscription plans to leads and achieve revenue targets.
6. Community Building: Identify students who are early adopters & advocates for the product, and channel their abilities toward brand building.
7. Team Relationship: Assist other team members, the reporting manager, and the company in jointly achieving revenue targets and running awareness campaigns. Achieve monthly revenue goals.
