About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email management: Review and respond to inquiries from clients, leads, and internal teams.
2. Daily planning: Set priorities and outline sales targets for the day.
3. Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new corporate clients through calls and networking.
4. Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing products and services.
5. Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and upsell opportunities.
6. Market analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
7. Negotiation: Engage in discussions with clients to negotiate terms and close deals.
8. CRM management: Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

5. Candidate should work on guidance provided by senior or management.

Other requirements

1. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the sales cycle, including deal closing.

2. The candidate should be able to demonstrate sales success and negotiation skills.

3. Candidate must have experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru) and LinkedIn (Premium, Sales Navigator).

4. Basic technical knowledge of tech stacks such as PHP, Laravel, React.js, and Node.js (no coding skills needed).

5. The candidate should be able to work under guidance provided by senior management.

6. Strong communication and presentation skills.

7. Candidate must have basic programming language knowledge.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
