1. Identify and onboard new channel partners.
2. Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
4. Proactively prospecting and cold calling to expand partner network and drive market share growth in the channel business.
5. Meet regional sales goals by forecasting requirements and initiating corrective actions.
6. Manage & participate in regional sales events.
7. Assist partners in market expansion and build the capacity of partners on time to time basis.
