Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various lead generation techniques including Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and research analysis to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
2. Draft job proposals, handle client communication, manage email marketing campaigns, and foster strong client relationships.
3. Prospect for potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
4. Identify new sales leads from various sources and generate them efficiently.
5. Conduct online research on organizations and individuals (especially through social media) to discover new leads and potential markets.
6. Thrive in the dynamic and flexible environment of a startup, embracing its fast pace and challenges.
7. Quickly adapt to learning new software and grasp broad strategic concepts, while also focusing on details to identify and propose tactical solutions.
8. Perform post-contract follow-ups and post-sales reviews to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing business relationships.
9. Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring all sales activities and administration are up to date.
10. Possess good knowledge of the IT industry and its trends.
11. Exhibit strong communication and persuasive skills.
12. Display good behavior, a hardworking attitude, and a commitment to success.
