Key responsibilities:
1. Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contacting potential clients via phone, chats, and emails
3. Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
4. Customizing product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
5. Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
6. Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
7. Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
8. Building reports to present to the manager
9. Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements:
1. 0-3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
2. Excellent communication skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
