We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. This role requires evidence of strong skills and excellent negotiation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
2. Maintain consistent and effective contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are followed up and converted into successful deals.
4. Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages for Milkvilla.
5. Track key metrics to ensure sales targets are met and report on performance regularly.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the sales industry.
3. Proven track record of success throughout the full sales cycle, including closing deals.
4. Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated sales success.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Experience with CRM software is preferred.

Milkvilla is a decentralized network of farmers and consumers where milk collection and delivery happen at the doorstep in non-packaged form. We have completely digitalized the whole milk supply chain and drastically reduced leakage and processing with the help of technology. We are based out of Muzaffarpur district in Bihar and are soon planning to expand pan India.
