Key responsibilities:

1. Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales.
2. Make reminder calls to customers to schedule appointments, ensuring that the calls happen as per scheduled time.
3. Identify customers' needs, share project details, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
4. Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.
5. Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.
6. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
7. Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.
8. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
