Job OverviewNoBroker.com is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Bangalore team. This is a full-time position for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. The role demands a proactive individual eager to engage in market research, lead generation, and customer management, while leveraging their sales and negotiation skills to contribute to our growth strategy.

Qualifications and SkillsStrong aptitude for sales, enabling the ability to close deals effectively (Mandatory skill).
Negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements between parties (Mandatory skill).
Relationship building skills essential for establishing and nurturing client connections (Mandatory skill).
Ability to conduct thorough market research for insights that inform business strategies.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Strategic planning capabilities to align daily activities with long-term company goals.
Proficiency in lead generation techniques, crucial for identifying and approaching prospects.
Experience or understanding of customer relationship management processes to enhance client satisfaction.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in real estate.
Engage in active lead generation and efficiently manage the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Negotiate with clients to close deals that align with NoBroker's brokerage-free vision.
Develop strategic plans to expand the business footprint across designated regions.
Utilize customer relationship management tools to track and enhance customer interactions.
Regularly report on sales activities and progress to senior management for evaluation.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,04,000 - 2,64,000 /year
