We are looking for a business development executive (sales) to join our sales department. As a sales executive, you will be discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through phone, we'd like to meet you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing and coordinating with clients
2. Working on data handling using Excel sheets and our CRM platform
3. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
4. Developing leads for the business through hot-calling only
5. Communicating with our customers and helping them with basic financial concepts, comparing stock brokerage firms, and helping them pick the one that suits their requirements best (training will be provided)
Skills & requirements:
1. Candidates should have good communication (spoken and written) with an ability to use data-driven insights to manage the clients better
2. Graduate in any field not only BBA or MBA
3. From or open to relocating to Bangalore
4. Fluent in English & Hindi
Note: This job requires you to serve a 3-month probation period.
