As a 'Business Development Executive' at SpaceAssist Ventures, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) and strong skills in MS Excel to join our dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
3. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services, explain benefits, and build rapport
- Sales Pitch: Present and promote our products/services to potential clients, addressing questions or concerns
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives
- CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
4. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to pitch our products and services to potential clients
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients and drive successful project implementations
6. Track and report on sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to continuously improve our business development efforts

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
2. Experience: Proven experience as a tele sales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others
4. Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets
5. Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
6. Persistence: Demonstrated resilience and the ability to handle rejection in a positive manner
7. Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
