About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet with architects and interior designers to present our services and value proposition.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
4. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
7. Work closely with the marketing and procurement teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
8. Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market trends.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
10. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent The Magic Doors.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Business Administration (MBA), Interior Design (BSc Interiors), or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the architectural or interior design industry.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Willingness to travel as required.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
