We are seeking an ownership-oriented and results-driven executive to join our team; where your primary responsibilities will include counseling, prospecting, and acquiring new clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey. You will be responsible for converting leads and consistently meeting revenue targets aligned with team and organizational goals. Additionally, you will play a vital role in expanding our sales pipeline by obtaining referrals from existing clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the needs for upskilling based on student's areas of interest.
2. Assist prospective students and working professionals by providing detailed information about the programs offered, and creating a strong pipeline.
3. Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with the team and organizational goals.
4. Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline.
5. Report daily status reports and gather unbiased feedback without fail.
6. Ensure daily deliverables are met and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
7. Act as a good listener and match the candidate's needs to future career opportunities.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1. Any graduate/postgraduate/MBA
2. Fresher or up to 1 year of internship experience in sales
3. Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi
4. Good negotiation and pitching skills are required
5. Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
6. Ed-tech experience is an added advantage
7. Multidisciplinary, continuous learning mindset
8. Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 2,80,000 /year
