Key responsibilities:

1. Convince prospective clients
2. Manage your client base through excellent follow-ups on leads for existing and new clients
3. Generate new business leads and opportunities globally
4. Achieve or exceed revenue targets
5. Send details of new properties on the market to people in your database
6. Work actively on the scheduled appointments with clients
7. Mediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair & honest dealing
8. Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities
