Key responsibilities:

1. Work full-time on-site as a Business Developer at UrbanAge Landbase Pvt Ltd located in Gurgaon, India
2. Make outbound calls to prospective clients
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
4. Schedule appointments with potential clients
5. Maintain and strengthen client relationships
6. Support the real estate consultancy services provided by the company

Qualifications:

1. Possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
2. Demonstrate a strong ability to engage with customers and build rapport
3. Exhibit good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
4. Previous experience in business development or customer service is a plus
5. Have basic knowledge of the real estate industry and services offered
