Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Exploring the right channels for the distribution of our products such as audio rental companies, restaurants, clubs, places of worship, conventions, auditoriums, etc.
2. Creating a database of potential partners & identifying contacts
3. Pitching to the partners regarding our products & partnering with them
4. Negotiating contract terms with partners and communicating terms to stakeholders
5. Collaborating with the operations team to establish a smooth supply of products & also ensuring that payments are made on time
6. Planning the revenue targets for the company from the partners/channels & developing action plans to execute them

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (sales, business, or similar)
2. Prior experience in product or technology sales

Skillset:

1. Good communication skills - written and verbal
2. Strong interpersonal skills
3. Strong passion for sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target
