About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business leads
2. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
3. Find new opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking
4. Build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and offer solutions
5. Manage your sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals
6. Track sales activities and report progress in our CRM

5. Organized: Ability to stay on top of leads and sales activities

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
