Key responsibilities:

1. Pre sales; finding new and prospective clients
2. Finding growth opportunities in local market
3. Maintaining good and efficient relations with clients
4. Regular visits to architects, builders & interior designers.
5. Understand & deliver client requirement in the most effective & efficient manner
6. Staying up-to-date with market requirement.
7. SWOT analysis of local competitors; be able to understand and implement PESTEL framework.
8. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
9. Identify & execute new areas of branding and advertising.
