Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients and market segments
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
4. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver high-quality presentations
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Probation:
