Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Newsahoot provides age-appropriate, fact-checked, unbiased, and engaging news to students of partner schools. We are a small startup backed by NSRCEL, the flagship business incubator of IIM Bangalore, and funded under the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme.

Your role will be to establish partnerships with schools in the Jaipur region. You will have to identify and engage with potential school partners, conduct product demonstrations, and nurture relationships.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build a database of leads and identify and engage with innovative schools that want to share the news with their students.
2. Present our platform's benefits to school administrators, showing them the educational value and impact of our content.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for schools, understand their needs and align our offerings to meet those needs.
4. Negotiate pricing with schools and meet sales targets to grow the revenue of the company.
5. Provide feedback about market demands, competitors, and trends and developments in the education sector.
6. Generate reports on sales activities, lead conversion, etc.

Requirements:

1. Stellar oral and written English communication skills.
2. Vehicle to travel within and around the Jaipur region.
3. Passion for sales and a never-give-up attitude.
