As a 'Business Development Executive', you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. Your mission will be to identify and cultivate relationships with perfect-fit clients and strategic partners, act as our market guru by keeping abreast of industry trends and competition, and build strong, mutually beneficial connections across various channels.
Key responsibilities:
1. Find perfect-fit clients & partnerships - Identify and target potential clients and partners that align with our mission and values. Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
2. Be our market guru (understand trends & competition) - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
3. Build strong connections across channels (everyone wins!) - Utilize multiple communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-person meetings, to maintain and strengthen connections. Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Join the sales team and become an integral part of our success - Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
1. UG: Any graduate.
2. PG: MBA/PGDM in advertising/mass communication, marketing, and operations.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
