About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and commercial properties
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and preferences, providing personalized property recommendations and guidance
4. Utilize it tools and software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate client records
5. Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing features, amenities, and benefits to prospective buyers
6. Guide clients through the negotiation process, presenting offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved
7. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and finance, to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial inquiry to closing
8. Work on staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
2. Proficiency in IT tools and software, including Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms
3. Familiarity with the geography and neighborhoods of Lucknow, facilitating efficient travel for property visits and client meetings
4. Strong comprehension skills to understand and interpret real estate documents, contracts, and market data
5. Ambitious mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment and exceed performance targets
6. Genuine interest in the real estate industry and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals
7. Possession of a bike and valid driver's license for local travel and client engagements
