Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Madanapalle. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0-1 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients, ensuring the growth and success of CNR Matrimony.

Qualifications and SkillsSales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Relationship Building (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
Market Research: Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations successfully.
Strategic Planning: Competent in formulating strategic plans to drive business development initiatives.
Lead Generation: Skilled in identifying and pursuing new business leads to expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management: Experience in managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
