The role is for a business development executive in an educational institute preparing students for exams like NDA (National Defence Academy), CDS (Combined Defence Services), and AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test).

Key responsibilities:

1. Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough research on the target market to understand the demand for such exam preparation courses. Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation
2. Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. This may involve setting sales targets, identifying key markets, and devising marketing strategies to attract potential students
3. Partnerships and alliances: Forge partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to expand the institute's reach and attract more students. Collaborate with industry experts and retired military personnel to enhance the credibility of the institute's offerings
4. Customer relationship management: Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and influencers in the education sector. Provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout their journey, from enrollment to exam preparation, to ensure their success
5. Sales and revenue generation: Drive sales of course packages and study materials through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies. Implement pricing strategies and discounts to attract more students while ensuring profitability
6. Continuous improvement: Monitor student feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in course content, teaching methodologies, and support services. Continuously innovate and adapt offerings to meet the evolving needs of students and the demands of the competitive landscape
7. Compliance and quality assurance: Ensure that the institute adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of quality in course delivery, faculty selection, and infrastructure facilities. Regularly assess and review course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
