We are seeking a 'Senior Business Development Executive' with proven experience in leveraging platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other portals to generate leads and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
2. Client engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Proposal writing: Prepare and submit compelling proposals to potential clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other portals.
4. Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
5. Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
6. Networking: Build and expand professional networks to facilitate business development activities.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
