We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team.
We will offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Market Research:
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
2. Provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

b. Lead Generation:
1. Assist in generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
2. Manage and update the CRM system with new leads.

c. Prospecting:
1. Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of prospects.

d. Sales Support:
1. Provide support in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and execution of sales strategies.

e. Customer Outreach:
1. Initiate contact with potential customers to introduce our product and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
2. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.

f. Training:
1. Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

g. Customer Feedback:
1. Collect and compile customer feedback on the product.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate customer feedback into promotional materials.

h. Sales Administration:
1. Assist in administrative tasks related to sales, such as maintaining sales records and updating documentation.
2. Support in managing GV schedules and appointments.

i. Event Participation:
1. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
2. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events.

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) Marketing Sales

Other requirements

Candidates with the following will be preferred:

1. Degree in MBA Marketing

2. Degree in BBA

3. Sales and marketing experience

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
