About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets by collaborating with mechanics and retailers in your designated territory.
2. Promote and sell Luman products, including filters, lubricants, coolants, and brake linings.
3. Generate daily sales orders using the company's app.
4. Manage aftermarket sales while identifying and exploring new sales channels.
5. Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and mechanics.
7. Report daily sales activities through the company's app.

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Sales

Other requirements

1. Friendly and approachable personality.

2. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language.

3. Eager to succeed and grow in the role.

4. Comfortable with using analytical tools and handling data.

5. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid permanent driving license.

6. Willing to undergo training at the company’s Pant Nagar location.
