We are searching for a driven and energetic business development executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving departmental sales goals. You'll build trust with customers, provide them with exceptional service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through friendly, attentive, and professional sales service.
2. Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable and insightful assistance on product features and benefits.
3. Consistently achieve and exceed department sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
4. Go the extra mile to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive sales growth (B2B sales).
5. Possess a deep understanding of our products and be able to discuss various options with customers.
6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver a seamless and positive customer service experience.
7. Build strong and trusting relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty.
8. Suggest improvements proactively to enhance sales performance, such as marketing initiatives.
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
2. 6 months to 1 year of work experience as a retail sales associate, sales representative, or similar role.
3. Basic math skills for accurate financial transactions and computer skills.
4. Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a previous role.
5. Familiarity with inventory management procedures.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
7. A friendly, energetic personality with a genuine focus on customer service.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
