Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calling and make frequent visits to the industrial area to gather contact information of prospective clients and arrange meetings
2. Analyze bills and prepare draft proposals
3. Assist with site visits alongside customers and bankers
4. Coordinate with the bank for loan documentation
5. Maintain MIS and track PI/Tax Invoices/Payment Receipts/Statutory Receipts
6. Coordinate the collection of documents from various departments to hand over to clients (Warranty Certificates/Land Documents/Govt. Permission Copies)
7. Follow up with MSEDCL office for power adjustments in bills
8. Follow up with internal departments to obtain necessary documents (PI/Tax Invoices/Receipts)
9. Follow up for the collection of various documents from clients for application to government agencies (MEDA/MSEDCL/CEIG/STOA/MTOA)
