Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and target hotels and luxury properties for potential partnerships
2. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to guide business planning and resource allocation
3. Drive profitability by executing strategic initiatives and maximizing financial performance within the designated profit center
4. Prepare compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our products and drive sales conversions through communication and negotiation skills
5. Mentor and train a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance the team's capabilities
6. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
7. Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and potential clients
